Returns and refunds

On all items custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or we made a mistake on your order.

If there is an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the problem,

Cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours of placing the order, unless product has already been started.
